Property interior during strip-out

How a job runs

From first walkthrough to a builder-ready site.

Every project is different, but the objective stays the same: understand what needs to go, protect what doesn’t and leave behind a clean site ready for the next stage.

Assess the site

We walk the space, understand what you’re planning and confirm the demolition scope.

We’ll identify what’s structural, consider access and waste removal and flag anything that may require engineering, specialist assessment or another trade before work begins.

Then we quote the job based on what actually needs to happen.

Protect what stays

Demolition shouldn’t create unnecessary work elsewhere.

Floors, fixtures, access routes and adjoining areas are protected as required, with dust and debris management planned before demolition begins.

This is particularly important when we’re working in occupied homes or removing only part of an existing interior.

Strip-out & demolition

Now we remove what needs to go.

Walls, ceilings, cabinetry, fixtures, flooring and finishes are removed to the agreed scope, using controlled demolition methods suited to the site.

Where careful hand demolition gives us better control around existing finishes and structures, that’s how we’ll approach it.

Clear & hand back

Once the strip-out is complete, debris is sorted and removed from site.

We leave behind a clean, workable space ready for your builder, installer or next trade to begin.

Access through an existing property

Working in an occupied home?

That’s fine. Not every renovation starts with an empty house.

We regularly undertake targeted strip-outs where surrounding rooms, finishes and access areas need to remain protected and usable.

Tell us when you request a quote and we’ll factor this into the way the job is planned.

Builder booked?

Tell us the date. Strip-out is often one of the first steps in a much larger renovation or construction programme.

If you already know when your builder or next trade needs the site, let us know. We’ll work around the required handover date wherever possible.
